My husband and I wanted to sell our home located in Greenwood, SC. Based on a referral from a friend, we sought the help of Prudential Cambridge Realty.
We were extremely impressed with the service that the Prudential agent provided. Our whole experience was beyond words, awesome to say the least. It was our first experience selling a home, so we were a little wary; however, after meeting with out agent, all of our fears were laid to rest.
After deciding to go with Prudential Cambridge Realty, we put our home on the market. What was so unique about our experience is that within 1 weekend we had 3 offers. One of which was from a man that lived across the country. He had only seen our home via the internet. After seeing the virtual tour, the gentlemen made us a full price offer. We just could not believe it. The marketing of our home was fantastic.
We were just so pleased with our whole experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Prudential Cambridge Realty to anyone who is in the market to sell their home. We feel very blessed to have worked with such a wonderful team at Prudential. They have a courteous staff that will be there to help you from beginning to end.
